Girl In The Attic
The film follows Kelsey, a young woman who begins training for a marathon to honor her late mother and shares her journey online. Her posts attract Billy, a seemingly normal man, who abducts her and imprisons her in the attic of his house. Kelsey spends years confined, enduring psychological and physical abuse and exploitation. When Billy’s wheelchair‑bound mother, Debbie, eventually uncovers the horrifying secret, she puts aside her familial bonds — and together with Kelsey, they fight to escape. It becomes a tense thriller about survival, trauma, and unlikely alliances.
